To build my creative proposal I organised one to one with dealers directly to find out the pros & cons of past events. This gave me the simple solution to keep things short and informative in the keynote presentations to allow more time for networking - create wow moments to capture the imagination and create more conversation with the delegates. With more Audi representatives walking the floor and serving the delegates - they could have one to one contact without feeling rushed to chat. The visual guide came from the artist QUAYOLA using progression as the key theme, graphics and shapes could be projected as a teaser to form the content of all presentations and reveals. When it came to the gala it really was a celebration experience that entertained and empowered the delegates to boost the future sales of AUDI.
